We employ fully qualified technical advisors and sales advisors providing any technical information and pre-purchase advice you may need. In the highly unlikely event of credit card fraud, the credit card issuer usually covers the cost, and as a consumer you should contact your card providers to find out your position. We have made online shopping secure and easy. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiry date, this allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status.

We delete your credit card details as soon as the order is processed. In summary, you can be sure that we have taken every step to ensure that your online ordering is safe and secure.

We will not pass on any details to any other parties. We also ask for a phone number in the event of a need for us to make contact with verbally. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been despatched. We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email. If you do not want to receive these emails from us, please send an email to fulwoodcycles@btconnect.co.uk and we will delete your details from our records.  We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions, images and prices of the items on the website are accurate.

Cancellation:

Under the terms of the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of taking the delivery of any item, received orders may only be cancelled if they remain un-opened and in their original condition. To cancel an undelivered order please contact one of our sales advisers. Deposits paid are not refundable. Any returns which are not defective or ordered in error and not being our fault, then the purchaser will bear all the cost of packaging and posting securley back to us at the address below. Cancelled orders will incur on the customer a 40% of purchasers cost re-stocking charge. In the case of a defective item being returned a full written description of the defect must accompany the item/s being returned to the address below
